All of our fish are caught in the pristine waters surrounding Haida Gwaii. We flash-freeze all of our fish at sea, which includes salmon and tuna. Your fish is caught with a hook and line, allowing each fish to gently be hauled on board. After cleaning, your fish is frozen to food-safe standards within hours of being caught, which locks in the freshness and flavour.
